First of all, let us all congratulate Andy Vidak in his hard won campaign to become our party's nominee in the 2010 congressional race in the 20th district.  We all need to work hard to ensure that Mr. Vidak defeats Jim Costa so that we can bring water, jobs and prosperity back to the valley.
